EPE Liners serve a broad range of product applications including pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals, personal care, food/beverage and household/industrial.

EPE liner is closed cell unlinked polyethylene foam, which was drawn by pure oxygen drawn supply. With Its high elasticity and strong resilience it is excellently suited to compensate tolerances between the closure and the bottle mouth. In order to preserve freshness by maintaining the Hermetic Seal and authenticate product integrity through tamper-indication, EPE liners are engineered to have a multilayered & multistage component which now is considered essential for a package’s success. EPE Liner materials are safe for direct contact with food & pharmaceuticals. It is manufactured under stringent conditions, to maintain the hygienic properties of the product. Depending on the application, and size of the closures/caps, we offer vide range of EPE Liners

Thickness: Ranges from 0.5mm up to 2.5mm.

Density: Ranges from 250Kg/m3 to 500kg/m3.

EPE Material is also available in Rolls and sheets form as per the requirements of the customer.
